Gary did a great job. Set out the job in a detailed quote, discussed it thoroughly with me to ensure we had the same expectations, and suggested methods I hadn’t thought of but which turned out to be the best options. He got scaffolders in immediately and the repointing work was to a high standard throughout. He checked in with me regularly, to make sure I was happy at each stage. Completely reliable and firmly recommended.

We had a leak coming through ceiling in a bedroom. Kent roofing came out very quickly and found the cause and quickly quoted a price and time frame for works. As these were very reasonable we asked them to complete the works. These were completed quickly and effectively. I was very pleased with their service. After being badly let down by a roofer, I was at my wits’ end. I found Gary & Ash (Kent Roofing) & messaged them at 5am desperate for help to stop the rain pouring through onto my daughter’s bed. By 7am Gary had identified the problems, shared photos & videos of the issues caused by the other roofer, & quoted. For over a week they worked tirelessly, day and night, even returning one evening in a storm when small leaks appeared, & have been transparent, helpful, polite, kind, but most importantly trustworthy. Gary and Ash responded to our request quickly and provided a cost effective quote for the work. Work was carried out to a high standard. Communication was effective and kept us informed at all stages. There were some teething issues, Gary and Ash were excellent at sorting these out and kept us informed of the progress. Tiled an new roof to an annex with peg tiles and fitted 4 velux windows. Gary and the gang were on time and very polite to all on site they always made sure the site was left clean and tidy at the end of the which in the roofing trade is rare.

I am a single woman (widowed) living in a 350 year old house. Water was coming in the bedroom ceiling. Gary responded quickly to my request for help and came to look at the roof. He carefully explained what needed doing and how he would do it. He used materials needed on a listed building; lime cement, copper nails and reclaimed tiles and a roll of lead etc. His charges were reasonable and he and his colleague Ash worked hard to complete the job in a day.
